About Fish Farm

JSC «Experimental Fish Farm «Selets» is the largest fish household in the Republic of Belarus as for the occupied areas for fish breeding, and the number of marketable fish offered for sale.

Main activities of the enterprise:

- cultivation and sale of the larvae of pike, variegated carp, white amur, carp, sturgeon and starlet, as well as sales of marketable live fish with delivery;

- sales of stocking material (YOY, yearling, two-yearling) of carp, variegated carp white amur;

- commercial fishing by crews of lake and river fishing on the leased water bodies (water reservoir «Selets», «White» and «Black» lakes);

- production and sale of semi-frozen by-products: fish chilled on ice, frozen packaged fish, carcass vacuum packed and without, fillets in vacuum-packed and without, with delivery in refrigeraters;

- smoking and drying of pond and lake-river fish of varying degrees of cutting (stratum, carcass, whole round, piece);

- services for amateur fishing for a free.

Future activities:

- growing of rainbow trout;

- getting black (sturgeon and starlet) calve to be sold in finished form;

- breeding of new fish species: black carp, buffalo, paddlefish.
